A Christmas Story Walk in Partnership with the Grimsby Public Library:

A Downtown Story Walk for Christmas, hosted in partnership with the Grimsby Public Library. Families can stroll through downtown while reading Deck the Halls by Helaine Becker.

Celebrate the season in Downtown Grimsby with the Holiday Passport! From December 1, 2024, to January 3, 2025, shop local, collect stickers, and enter for your chance to win incredible prizes. One lucky participant will win a trip to Cuba or $2,000 cash, with additional chances to win gift certificates from your favorite Downtown Grimsby businesses.

Support local businesses, enjoy holiday shopping, and you might just win big!

How it Works:

1. Pick up a passport at any of the participating locations.
2. Spend a minimum of $20 to receive a sticker.
3. Collect 8 stickers from 8 different businesses.
4. Fill out your information.
5. Return your completed passport to any of the dropboxes found at participating locations.
6. You’re now entered into the draw to win one of many exciting prizes!
7. Winners will be draw after January 5, 2025.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: Vacation package to Cuba or $2,000 cash.

We’re excited to share that another Ladies Night is just around the corner! This event will take place on Thursday, November 21, from 4 PM to 8 PM, giving you a wonderful chance to showcase your business and be part of an evening filled with shopping, dining, and community spirit.

What’s Planned for the Evening:

• Bingo Card Challenge: Attendees will receive a bingo card with all participating businesses listed. When guests stop by, participating business will give them a stamp (no purchase necessary), and once their card is full, they can enter to win a $500 gift card to any participating business of their choice!
• Vendor Market: A collection of handmade vendors will be set up between Harmony Jewellers and Farm Gate to Your Plate, with overflow on Teddy’s Patio if needed. This setup draws in plenty of foot traffic, making it the perfect opportunity for businesses to shine!

Specials & Promotions: Restaurants can feature Ladies Night appetizers, cocktails, or other treats, while retailers can offer exclusive discounts or giveaways. Let’s make this night one to remember!

• Be a Bingo Stop: Help guests fill up their bingo cards by providing a stamp when they visit, giving them a fun reason to stop by your business.
